Laugha Yoga Certification Weekend

I've learned how to get groups of people to laugh at absolutely nothing and can teach you how.

Join us in Yogaville, Virginia for a weekend of lightness and laughter as you train to lead Laughter Yoga Sessions. A fun and profound blend  of yogic laughter games, guided deep relaxation, yogic breathing practices and meditation designed to ease us into a profound level of peace, joy and relaxation.

Laugha Yoga is an ancient new idea of combining the practices of yoga,  prolonged intentional laughter and Radical Forgiveness.

This combination is extremely potent and effective. A Sanskrit word that captures the essence of the practice of Laugha Yoga is "Maitre," loosely translated as friendliness.

This dynamic practice energizes, enlivens and brings us greater conf idence. Laughing Yoga has many health benefits among which are a boost in our immunity and lowering stress levels.

Forgiveness is an ability we can develop to renew our relationship with our self and others. Laughter is a by-product of the joy and heightened sense of Connection with Creation.

Medical science is daily validating research findings that prolonged laughter can lift our mood, increase our health and well-being, and bring us closer to people around us. It can dissolve barriers that prevent us from expressing our love and affection for each other.

For me Laugha Yoga is a Gateway, a Door to the Infinite Bliss that is within us and surrounds us each and every moment of our lives. It can open that door for entry to a new experience of ourselves and others.
