The Forgiveness Principle is a crucial aspect of the path of Yoga and key to our emotional health. You might say it is a "Principal Principle."
In Laugha Yoga we also explore the principle of forgiveness in our lives and spiritual practices.
A Course in Miracles can be seen as a Yoga of practicing forgiveness, which accelerates our progress in reuniting with our true Self.
Forgiveness ends any conflict.
